• From the search results, take note of the first 10 websites
• Analyze each of these website’s backlinks using www.backlinkwatch.com

Previously, I used Yahoo Site Explorer to analyze website’s backlinks. But since it was migrated to Bing, I have to look for another alternative source which is www.backlinkwatch.com. This site is also free and very useful if you wish to analyze your competitors. It shows link attributes, clickable backlinks, anchor texts and page ranks. Just enter the website’s URL and all of its backlinks will appear.

From the list results, you can now analyze how this particular site got his high rankings in Google. You can visit each backlinks to know exactly how this webmaster got his backlink from a particular website. You will now have an idea on what type of backlinks this site have, and this could be from a link exchange, blog comments, guest posting and many others forms of marketing tricks.

From this result, you will just have to apply what your competitor did to acquire his links. If the site is from forums, then join that particular forum and leave your links on your signature bio. If the site uses blog comments, then leave your own comment. This trick will give you fast, relevant and quick backlinks for your site or blog.

This method is a very effective tool to acquire backlinks and increase your search engine rankings. Apply this technique on all of your chosen keywords. Your continuous hard work and effort in marketing will give you financial freedom in your quest for online business supremacy!
