Gmail has been one of my all time favourite web mail service not just for their mailing, but for their outstanding experimentation capabilities.
Gmail we know is now no more a beta, that is not under development. Gmail blog published a video about Gmail tasks & what you can do with it two days back, so I thought it would be great to explain it in the text as well as the video, isn’t it? Gmail helps us to keep track of all things you wish to do or schedule. You receive many mails saying some timings or due dates for doing things.
You can find the Tasks tab just below your contacts tab. It is also highlighted by “New Feature” so you can easily find it.
So How to use the tasks feature in Gmail ?
I guess Google has born for making things better for surfers around world wide web & this is like never easier than google tasks.
Whenever you receive any mail with some plan or schedule you can simply make it your newer task. Just OPEN your mail. And click on “More Actions”. Here you can select “Add to Tasks” & that’s it. You’re tasks will be listed so easily & rapidly with this cool feature & you can also add the description for all tasks.
You can click on google calender on top bar if you wish to swap deadlines or tasks date or descriptions.
Task is also available with your mobile applications & you can also follow your tasks through your cellphones. Not just this there are also many cool things you can do like printing & making multiple tasking tabs according to your use.
So great going Gmail. We love you . . . Don’t stop developing yourself.
